A Self-Paced, 6-Part Video Series – available in June 2025
Embodied Spiritual Practices for Uncertain Times
A self-paced, 6-part video series to support justice seekers in tending to their nervous systems, reconnecting to presence, and staying rooted for the long haul.
If you're feeling the weight of these uncertain times, you’re not alone. Many of us committed to justice are navigating waves of overwhelm, urgency, and disconnection as political instability and social injustice take a toll on our bodies and spirits.
This new self-paced video series is designed for those longing to stay engaged in justice work without burning out. Through contemplative and embodied spiritual practices, you’ll learn to notice what’s happening beneath the surface of your reactions—and cultivate tools to return to presence, build resilience, and root deeply in practices that sustain you.
Each video learning module is a dynamic blend of leadership, insight, and heart—brought to life through the powerful collaboration of BothAnd Contributor and Somatic Educator Rachel Svanoe Moynihan and PTCA Antiracism Coordinator Anna Kendig Flores, with online learning design by BothAnd Contributor Jen Mohr.
This series is for anyone who wants to:
Live out their justice values with more grounding and clarity
Tend to the nervous systems responses to stress, crisis and overwhelm
Cultivate spiritual practices that support long-haul engagement
Reconnect with spirit, community, and embodied wisdom
You’ll receive six videos (with teaching & guided practice), reflection prompts, supporting resources, and invitations to reconnect your body, your spirit, and your commitment to collective liberation.

Note: Please go through the full checkout process - you will not pay anything. Once the session is ready for full registration, we’ll notify you with the link to officially sign up, pay and receive access. Thanks for your interest—we’re excited to share more soon!
