    • Personalized Growth Plans: Each staff member completes the Intercultural Development Inventory assessment and receives a 45-minute virtual debrief with a Qualified Administrator, resulting in a tailored Intercultural Development Plan to guide their individual journey.

    • Team Insights and Growth: Participate in a Group Report debrief to uncover your team’s collective strengths and identify opportunities for growth, empowering your leadership to advance together.

    • Self-Guided Learning Resources
      Access a growing library of online tools—including development workbooks and reflection guides—to support inclusion, curiosity, and collaboration at your own pace.
