BothAnd BookClub – The Racial Healing Handbook by Anneliese A. Singh, Ph. D. LPC

Did you know, healing from racism is not only personal—it’s also collective?

You’re invited to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself and others on the journey toward racial healing. Together, we’ll explore The Racial Healing Handbook by Anneliese A. Singh, a powerful and practical guide filled with activities to help us recognize privilege, confront systemic racism, and engage in the work of collective liberation.

Our 45-minute sessions include time to practice tools from the book, space for honest conversation, and the steady support of a small group showing up to do this important work side by side.

No pressure to be fully caught up reading the book to participate! Our conversations may include occasional spoilers—but think of them as invitations to dive deeper without added stress. Show up as you are. Come once, twice, or join all our sessions—whatever helps you lean into reflection, resilience, and hope.

Get a copy of The Racial Healing Handbook from your local bookstore or New Harbinger Publications.

This is for you if:

  • You’re ready to re-educate yourself and challenge systemic racism

  • You are looking for practical tools for reflection and healing

  • You want to connect with others who are walking this path with courage and care

Let’s create space for healing—together.
