This is a practice space for people who identify as white who are feeling fear, shame, burnout, or exhaustion. What comes up when we pause our reactionary responding and constant doing, and turn inward to recognize the sources behind how we’re feeling? What are we feeling and where do these feelings come from?
Shifting and Adapting When My Values Are In Conflict
Seeing more differences requires holding more complexity and navigating the co-existence of distinct perspectives and even clashing internal values. We’ll explore those tensions, practice applying concrete strategies and develop community for ongoing support.
