A 3-part series of hour-long workshops offered to White individuals designed to support collaborative learning framed by the essential question: What does it mean to be White and work for racial justice?
Sessions consist of a guided question, a grounding moment, exploratory content, and quotes, followed by opportunities for reflection and guided discussion.
Workshop Topics:
Session 1: Do we want to be Good or do we want to be Effective?
Session 2: Does the desire to be the “Special One” our ability to impact change?
Session 3: Why is navigating pushback, feedback, or different perspectives so hard?
Facilitated by Alicia Wargo, Ph. D.
This current workshop series is already in motion. If you’d like to be the first to hear about when it is offered again, please add your name to our waitlist. (Joining the waitlist doesn’t commit you to anything.)
