Creative Practice for Changemakers

This monthly series is a practice space for those engaged in change and social justice work to pause, restore, and reconnect with themselves through creativity. In the midst of urgency and exhaustion, what happens when we slow down and listen inward? How might creative process serve as a source of nourishment, grounding, and clarity?

These sessions are about tending to our inner lives so we can show up with greater sustainability and imagination in the work ahead. During each session, we will learn together, then move through a guided creative process of art making and witnessing what came through. No prior experience with art or creative practice is needed to fully participate.

You can learn more about what this methodology entails here.
