Sustaining Activists in a time of Crisis: Psychological Safety, Vicarious Trauma, and Compassionate Care

A supportive space for activists and responders to pause, breathe, and reconnect. We focus on psychological safety, vicarious trauma, and compassion fatigue, while practicing deep listening and making room for emotion. Participants will be supported though simple, sustainable ways to care for themselves and each other so they can keep showing up with steadiness and compassion.

Facilitated by Omkar Sawardekar, MSW, LICSW
