Deepening Your Self-Cultural Awareness

Bridging differences starts within.

In this playful session, we will explore the cultural juice we are pickled in and how to use that to connect with others. You will expand your own awareness and make the invisible visible so that you can curb your internal judgements, establish shared understanding with others and be even more effective in your relationships.

If you’ve taken the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI) this interactive workshop is designed to support your ongoing journey by bringing your Intercultural Development Plan (IDP) to life. Whether you’re working to increase curiosity, deepen self-awareness, or build new intercultural skills, this space is for you.

This session offers guided reflection, practical tools, and community accountability to help you stay engaged with your personal development goals. Come as you are, and take your next step toward greater intercultural capacity.

Facilitated by Joayne Larson, a certified Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI) Qualified Administrator.
