This is a practice space for people who identify as white who are feeling fear, shame, burnout, or exhaustion. What comes up when we pause our reactionary responding and constant doing, and turn inward to recognize the sources behind how we’re feeling? What are we feeling and where do these feelings come from?

Deepening Your Self-Cultural Awareness
Bridging differences starts within. In this playful session, we will explore the cultural juice we are pickled in and how to use that to connect with others. You will expand your own awareness and make the invisible visible so that you can curb your internal judgements, establish shared understanding with others and be even more effective in your relationships.
