Embracing the Both/And: A Reimagined White Accountability Space

Part 3 of a 3-Part Saturday series offered to White individuals designed to support collaborative learning framed by the essential question: What does it mean to be White and work for racial justice?

Session 3: Why is navigating pushback, feedback, or different perspectives so hard?

White accountability spaces are most effective when White people are in community and conversation with one another. This series is being offered with 60-minute live virtual sessions. For the duration of the series, participants will have access to videos capturing the content of each session if a participant needs to miss a session or wants to review the content afterwards.

Sessions consist of a guided question, a grounding moment, exploratory content, and quotes, followed by opportunities for reflection and guided discussion.

Facilitated by Alicia Wargo, Ph. D.
